Payment Options
Stylicious Tees accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express
and Diners Club cards, as well as debit and check cards as
long as they are associated with a major credit company like
the ones listed above. Your credit card billing address and
mailing address must match, otherwise we can not process your
payment. Once payment information is received, your order
will be sent to production.
We also take checks and money orders. If you pay by check
or money order, please be sure that it is payable in US Dollars.
Please note that check orders will not begin processing until
your payment arrives and is processed by our bank. Check orders
can take between 5 and 10 days to process once payment is
received.
Payment Policy
- Payments may be done by debit or credit card.
- The purchasing price is due immediately after the order without deduction.
- The client is considered in default of payment, without further explanations from Stylicious Tees, if he does not settle the invoice within 14 days of goods delivery. The consequences of the default are in line with the legal provisions.
- If the payment method chosen by the client is not feasible, despite being carried out by Stylicious Tees in accordance with the contract, due to a lack of funds in the client's account or the submission of incorrect data, the client must reimburse Stylicious Tees or the third-party instructed by Stylicious Tees to handle the payment the additional costs thereby incurred.
- Regarding the payment procedure, Stylicious Tees is entitled to use the services of trustworthy third-parties for handling payments.
- In the event of delay in payment, Stylicious Tees may assign claims against the client to a third-party. In doing so, Stylicious Tees may send personal data required to handle the payment to this third-party.
- In the case of third-party involvement to handle the payment, Stylicious Tees will consider the payment completed only once the amount has been made available for the third-party, in accordance with the contract, so that the third-party can have unrestricted access to the amount owed.
Sales tax is not charged to your order.
